You will manage shift staffing, training, and performance, coordinate with maintenance and logistics, and drive continuous improvement using lean principles. The ideal candidate brings hands-on manufacturing or sawmill experience, strong safety leadership, and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced, on-site mill setting.
