What You’ll Do:

• Perform daily rounds on newborns in a new 10-bed Level I nursery
• Attend deliveries when requested to assist with neonatal stabilization
• Manage and facilitate transport of newborns to higher-level NICUs in Charlotte or Gastonia
• Collaborate with a team of NNPs and Neonatologists to provide high-quality care
• Participate in on-call duties from home, ensuring optimal neonatal outcomes
• Support the startup of a new facility scheduled to open late 2024

What You Need:

• Current Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP); no exceptions
• Minimum 2+ years of NNP experience
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal stabilization and transport
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a new facility
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
