• Experience: Relevant neonatal care experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal patient care within a Level III NICU environment
• Manage complex neonatal cases, including ELBW infants
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and whole-body cooling
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and transport teams
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation and emergency interventions
• Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare standards
• Support continuous improvement and quality care initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license
• Neonatal or Pediatric care experience
• Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Certification in neonatal or critical care
• Experience with advanced neonatal therapies and technologies
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
