The Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop your store team every single day
• Drive sales of Verizon's full lineup of devices, plans, and services
• Own the details — inventory, contracts, customer follow-through, and clean operations
• Build a store culture your team actually wants to show up to
• Stay sharp on the latest tech and competitive landscape
• Recruit and develop the next generation of store leaders

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience
• 1–3 years of management or team leadership
• High energy, accountability, and a competitive spirit
• Someone who leads from the floor — not just the back office
