Retail Store Supervisor – Manager | Full-time

Location: 6730 Allentown Blvd, Harrisburg PA 17112

Reports To: Area Manager / Regional Manager

Daniel B. Krieg, Inc. is seeking an experienced full-time Retail Store Supervisor – Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in Harrisburg, PA. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and experience in retail management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS IMPORTANT ROLE

As a Retail Store Supervisor – Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 associates, fostering a productive and customer-focused environment
• Recruit, train, and develop employees to ensure exceptional performance and customer service
• Drive sales performance and implement effective merchandising strategies
• Maintain attractive product displays and strong visual merchandising standards
• Oversee inventory management, stock audits, ordering, and product replenishment
• Work with vendors regarding inventory and new product offerings
• Monitor store financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Provide superior customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using retail management software and point of sale (POS) systems
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week, including some Saturdays from May-October

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Forklift experience (training provided)

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time, in-person leadership position requires 50+ hours per week, with additional Saturday shifts during peak season from May through October.
