What You’ll Do

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across four hospitals in Jacksonville
• Attend deliveries (without transport responsibilities)
• Collaborate with a team of 6 Neonatologists, 1 Pediatrician, and 16 Advanced Practice Providers
• Function with a high level of autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage and on-call backup
• Contribute to a team-oriented and collegial environment
• Maintain high standards of neonatal care aligned with industry best practices

What You Need

• Florida Nurse Practitioner license in Neonatal Care (or eligible)
• Minimum of 2+ years of neonatal care experience (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible extended shifts
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
