• Shift: 24-hour shifts for Level III units; 10- or 12-hour day shifts and 12- or 16-hour night shifts for Level IV
• Hours/week: Full-time
• Employment Type: Permanent
• License/Certs: Must be NNP Board Certified (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications)
• Experience: 2+ years as an NNP (not accepting new graduates)

What You’ll Do

• Provide quality neonatal care in a high-acuity NICU setting
• Collaborate with a team of skilled physicians and healthcare professionals
• Manage and treat neonates with a broad spectrum of medical conditions
• Participate in rotating shifts across three hospitals within the healthcare system
• Utilize advanced, state-of-the-art technology and equipment
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

• Current, active NNP Board Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of neonatal intensive care experience
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
