What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU at Northside Hospital in Atlanta
• Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns in a high-volume NICU (1,400–1,500 admissions annually)
• Collaborate with a team of neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, pediatricians, and research nurses
• Support stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing management of complex neonatal patients
• Deliver evidence-based, individualized care for medically fragile newborns
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinical decision-making
• Engage in mentorship and professional development opportunities
• Contribute to a fast-growing, innovative neonatal program

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Key skills in neonatal intensive care management and collaborative teamwork

Preferred:

• Previous NICU experience (not mandatory; mentorship available for new graduates)
