Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by evaluating Dutch-language speech for fluency, nativeness, and linguistic authenticity. This remote contract role uses your native Dutch expertise to provide high-quality feedback that helps AI models learn and perform more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to short Dutch audio clips and assess the nativeness and fluency of AI-generated speech.
• Evaluate pronunciation, grammar, and overall alignment with native Dutch standards.
• Provide detailed written feedback on language nuances, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
• Document findings accurately and efficiently using project-specific tools and guidelines.
• Work with quality assurance leads to support consistent, accurate assessments.
• Maintain close attention to detail across evaluations and submissions.
• Participate in occasional project update sessions and respond to clarification requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch proficiency, including a strong understanding of regional language variations.
• Written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, with English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in language analysis or editorial work.
• Ability to give constructive, actionable feedback clearly and concisely.
• Comfort using online tools to review, document, and submit assessments remotely.
• Interest in language technology and a commitment to linguistic accuracy.
• Experience in linguistic evaluation, language teaching, translation, or a similar field is beneficial but not required.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.
• No previous AI experience is required.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
