We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Field Specialist to support healthcare professionals and sales partners across the Mississippi market. This field-based position serves as a clinical and procedural resource, providing education, case support, training, and ongoing clinical expertise to customers. The ideal candidate is a clinically confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment, builds strong relationships with physicians and clinical staff, and is comfortable working alongside a commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a clinical background who is interested in transitioning into or continuing a career within the medical device industry. Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on clinical and procedural support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Support procedures and cases within hospitals and other healthcare settings throughout the assigned territory. Educate and train customers on clinical best practices, procedural techniques, and appropriate use of medical technologies. Serve as a trusted clinical resource for customers before, during, and after procedures. Partner closely with the local sales team to support customer needs, account development, and territory objectives. Conduct in-services, product training, and educational programs for physicians and clinical staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; clinical or healthcare-related degree preferred. Experience as an RN, clinical specialist, surgical/procedural professional, or medical device clinical representative Ability to confidently communicate and build credibility with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Strong presentation, education, and training skills. Comfortable working independently in a field‑based environment while collaborating closely with a sales team. Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills. Must reside within or near the Little Rock, AR territory and be able to travel throughout the assigned geography. . Ideal Candidate Profile The strongest candidate will combine clinical credibility with a strong customer-facing presence . They will be comfortable entering new hospital environments, developing relationships with physicians and staff, supporting procedures, and educating customers. They should be proactive, highly responsive, organized, and able to adapt quickly as case schedules and customer needs change. This individual should also enjoy working within a commercial organization and understand how excellent clinical support contributes to strong customer relationships and overall territory success.
